These schemes typically misuse Quarz Capital's name and/or trademarks without authorization to deceive individuals into joining chat groups, creating trading accounts, downloading malicious websites or applications, or otherwise participating in financial scams.
This notice is intended to alert the public to the nature of these fraudulent activities and to emphasize that they are illegal, unauthorized, and not associated with Quarz Capital in any way.
Quarz Capital is an investment management firm that manages investment funds subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Quarz Capital does not engage in any solicitation of the general public, and these investment funds are not marketed or offered to the general public.

Any such outreach purporting to be from Quarz Capital should be assumed to be fraudulent.
