Quarz Capital ASIA (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., 160 Robinson Road, #19-09 SBF Center, Singapore 068914, is responsible for personal data collected through this website and in the course of its business. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA").

Personal data we collect

• Information you send us, for example by email: your name, contact details, organisation, role and the content of your message.
• Job applications: your CV, cover letter and any other information you choose to provide.
• Investor information that we are required to collect to meet our regulatory obligations, where you become or represent an investor.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking technologies.

How we use it

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, to assess job applications, to manage relationships with investors and counterparties, and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering requirements.

Disclosure

We may share personal data with our service providers (such as fund administrators, auditors, legal advisers and IT providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, and with regulators or authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside Singapore

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

Retention and protection

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable security arrangements.
