Quarz Capital ASIA (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is an investment manager based in Singapore and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
We focus on listed small and mid-cap companies in Developed Asia, principally Singapore, where limited research coverage and concentrated shareholder structures can leave shares trading well below the value of the underlying business.
We take significant stakes and engage constructively with boards and management on capital allocation, governance and strategy. Where it serves all shareholders, we work with fellow investors and use the rights that shareholders have under the law, from shareholder proposals to requisitioned meetings.
Since 2011 we have engaged publicly with companies and trusts across industrial property, engineering, healthcare, technology and financial services.
